Refund policy
At Jadhav E-Comm Innovations, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of your purchase date.
- Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
3. Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

4. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with clear signs of use
- Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns requested after 10 days but within a 30-day grace period
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
Total Refund Timeline: 8–15 business days from the date we receive your return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't arrived:
- Check your bank or payment app again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank.
- If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@cafejei.com.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the return’s value.
- A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them directly.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product was defective.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- For items over ₹500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
